Supplies are included in the monthly price, and you can contract a weekly cleaning service and change of sheets and towels. If you prefer to take care of everything yourself, a modern laundry is at your disposal.

The price also includes the use of all facilities. And not only that, but you can use them as often as you want. We also offer a 24-hour reception service, maintenance service and packages collection.

At Livensa Living food is a priority, we offer you a half board service (breakfast & dinner) through the catering provider of the Faculty of Economics next door; we have direct access to their facilities from the residence.
