How far is it to the city centre? How can I get there?

Livensa Living Madrid Getafe is just 4 stops away from Puerta del Sol by public transport, and from there you can easily get anywhere you like. It couldn’t be easier!

How long does it take to get from Livensa Living Madrid Getafe to the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid?

You can walk to the Campus de Getafe in less than 10 minutes.
It’ll take you 25 minutes by public transport or just 10 minutes by car to get to the Campus de Leganés.

How far is Livensa Living Madrid Getafe from the various campuses of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos?

- The Universidad Rey Juan Carlos’s Fuenlabrada campus is only 15 minutes away by car and about 35 minutes by public transport.
- The Móstoles campus is 15 minutes away by car and 50 minutes by public transport.
- The Universidad Rey Juan Carlos’s Alcorcón campus is even closer, and getting there by car takes around 10 minutes. By public transport it takes almost an hour.

Will the kitchenware and bed linen be included in my room?

No, they are not included; you can bring them yourself or buy them in the supermarkets near the residence. There is a Lidl and a Mercadona within a 5 minute walking distance.

You will need the kitchen utensils you use to cook or eat in the room as well as sheets, towels, pillows and comforter.

What’s the difference between a studio with a kitchen and a studio with a kitchenette?

Both types of rooms are equipped with: a microwave combi oven, fridge and sink.

The difference is that if you choose a room with a kitchenette, half board is included, and full board is also available. Double occupancy rooms are the same as single occupancy rooms with a kitchenette. Rooms with a kitchen have access to a shared kitchen that can be used by a maximum of 10 people.

How does the DO EAT! food service work?

With half-board you get 20 tickets for breakfast and 20 tickets for lunch or dinner. With full-board you get 20 tickets for breakfast and 40 tickets for lunch or dinner.

Is a room cleaning service included?

At Livensa Living Madrid Getafe a weekly room cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. It includes room cleaning and a change of sheets and towels.
