What are the improvement works like at Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca?

We are carrying out a plan to renovate our common spaces and facilities to make them much more modern and enjoyable. These works will be finished in May so that they are ready for all those residents who stay in our student residence in the 2024/25 academic year.

These improvement works are already being carried out on the rooftop terrace, the living rooms, the gym, the library, the games area, the cinema, and on the facade, where an urban artwork is being created.

How far is it to the city centre? How can I get there?

From Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca, the Renfe station of Aravaca is less than 5 minutes away on foot; from there, the train takes you directly to Principe Pio station, which has metro links to anywhere you’d like to go.

How long does it take to get to the nearest public transport stop?

The Aravaca Renfe Cercanías train station is only a 4-minute walk away.
There’s a bus stop on the doorstep of the residence.

What are the closest universities to Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca?

There are several universities near the residence. It is a perfect place to live if you are studying at any school or university in the western area of Madrid.

For example, you will reach the Somosaguas campus of the Complutense University of Madrid and ESIC in less than 20 minutes by bus.

La Salle is less than 15 minutes by bus.

Francisco de Vitoria University is a 20-minute bus ride from the residence.

And the IESE Business School is 5 minutes away by car.

Are there supermarkets near the residence?

Yes, there are several. They’re all more or less a 5-minute walk away.

Will the kitchenware be included in my room?

No, it is not included, you can bring it or buy it on your own.

Are the bed linen and towels included in my room?

No. Bed linen and towels are only included if you hire the cleaning service. In case you do not hire cleaning service, you will have to bring your own pillow and comforter.
