How do the refurbishment works look like at Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca?

We are renovating our common rooms and facilities towards a more modern and refreshed look. All works are scheduled to be completed by May 2024, ready for all the students (new and re-bookers) who’ll be staying with us during the 2024/25 academic year.
All improvement works are already being carried out across the rooftop terrace, living rooms, gym, library, gaming room, the cinema, and façade over which an exclusive piece of urban artwork will be displayed.

Are meals included?

For us, food is a priority. That’s why we have made an agreement with a local catering service so you can hire their service while living with us. The service includes one meal per day (main course and dessert). You will be able to choose the dishes weekly in advance, and the meals will be delivered daily to the reception of the residence.

How far is it to the city centre? How can I get there?

Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca is just a 5-minute walking distance from the Renfe train station, where you can take the train to the Principe Pio station, which connects via metro to all of Madrid.

How close is it to the nearest bus stop/public transportation services?

The Aravaca Renfe train station is only a 5-minute walk away, while there is a bus stop at the door of the residence.

What are the closest universities to Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca?

The residence is in the western area of Madrid, with over 4 universities close by, making it a perfect place to live.

Somosaguas campus of the Complutense University of Madrid and ESIC are 20 minutes by bus.

LaSalle University is 15 minutes by bus.

Francisco de Vitoria University is 20 minutes by bus.

IESE Business School is 5 minutes by car.

Are there supermarkets near the residence?

Yes, there are many options close-by, most of them a 5-minute walking distance.

Will the kitchenware be included in my room?

No, kitchenware isn’t included in the rooms, you can bring your own.

Are the bed linens and towels included in my room?

No, the bed linens and towels are only included if the cleaning service is hired beforehand. If the cleaning service isn’t hired, you will need to bring your own pillow and comforter.
