What is the closest metro stop to Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas?

The La Granja metro station, located on line 10, is only 5 minutes away from Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas.

Are there universities nearby?

Yes, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Universidad Europea de Madrid (Alcobendas Campus), the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and the Universidad de Villanueva are all nearby. All of them are only a few minutes away by car or by public transport.

Can I enter and leave Livensa Living Studios Madrid Alcobendas whenever I want?

Yes, there are no entry and exit times. We have access cards for entry and security cameras. In addition, we have 24-hour reception.

Will kitchenware be included in my room?

We include two sets of plates, cutlery and glasses. A frying pan, saucepan, bowls and glass baking tray.

Is there a television in the rooms?

No, we do not have broadcast televisions in our rooms, but we do have Smart TV screens that can be connected with Wifi.

When is the pool open?

The pool is open during the summer season and you can have access during the hours when we have a lifeguard. It is service only for our residents.
