"My experience at the Livensa Madrid Aravaca Campus residence has been exceptional. Over half an academic year, this place has not only become my home but also the setting for significant personal and academic growth. From the first time I walked through the door, I felt very welcome thanks to the residence team, who have always answered my questions, both inside and outside the residence. I'd highlight the calm and the respect for study space, which makes it an ideal place to concentrate and meet your academic goals. The facilities are also incredible and your friends can come and visit you. The best residence in the area :)"
Gonzalo, ESIC — Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca Campus
"Excellent place for its location, comfort, and the way they treat you. Everything is new, the gym is very well equipped, and the communal areas have plenty of sofas and tables to enjoy some reading or a chat. Spacious, clean, and well-lit room, with a large, comfortable bed. I'll definitely recommend it and come back!! Thanks to Estefanía, María, and the cleaning team for making my stay an unforgettable experience."
María, Campus IEB — Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca Campus
"I was only there for a semester, and from the very beginning I didn't have a single bad experience. My term dates were different, and they adjusted the dates I needed to stay. Every room has its own card to get into your building and the communal areas, and the reception team are always lovely and support you with everything. Francesca welcomed me, always with a smile. I used the gym and the laundry area a lot, and I can say they're very complete for any routine; the laundry works through an app you top up so you can check your wash/dry cycle. The communal areas are comfortable and there are several around the residence. I never ate in the dining room, but the kitchen in the room has an induction hob, a mini fridge, a sink and a cupboard. Nothing ever broke in my room, and if there was a fault or maintenance job they always let us know in advance and never took more than 2 days to sort it out. Every 2 weeks there's basic cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels."
