Livensa Living Granada Fuentenueva is a different kind of student residence, minutes from the Fuentenueva campus of the University of Granada and close to the historic centre. All rooms are individual studios with a full kitchen, private bathroom and study area, and the common areas are open for you to enjoy alone, with friends, or through activities organised by our Community Life team. We are 11 minutes from Fuentenueva campus and 13 from the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering, with excellent transport links to all UGR campuses. The Alhambra and the best tapas bars are also just a short distance away. Some rooms offer views of the park, pool, Sierra Nevada or the Vega de Granada depending on orientation. All rooms include Smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), 100 Mb Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Bills included. Optional catering service available.
