Our Premium Studios, ranging from 18–24 m², are designed to provide a self-contained and functional living space for single occupancy. Located from the first to the fourth floor, each room is intended to guarantee a comfortable stay and an unforgettable experience. The studio is equipped with a private bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen, including a sink, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, and extractor hood. To ensure maximum comfort and connectivity, the room also features individual climate control (hot/cold air conditioning), 30 Mb internet, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

- Which universities are nearby?
- The Livensa Living Madrid Aravaca Campus student residence is right next to IEB and has excellent connections to universities such as Complutense, Politécnica, Nebrija, CEU, and ESIC.
- Is the residence close to central Madrid?
- Yes. Thanks to the Cercanías network and the bus links you can get to Moncloa and central Madrid quickly. If you prefer, we also have parking so you can bring your car or scooter and drive into Madrid or to your faculty.
- Do the rooms have a kitchen?
- Every room in the residence has kitchen access, whether you're in a studio with a kitchen just for you or in a studio with a kitchenette plus access to a kitchen shared between several residents
- Is kitchenware included in my room?
- No, rooms don't include kitchenware. However, we have arrangements in place so you can get hold of it easily. Just ask us at check-in.
- Is cleaning included?
- Yes, fortnightly cleaning with a bed linen and towel change is included.
- What's near the residence?
- In Aravaca you'll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms and green spaces. Casa de Campo and other natural areas are also very close by.
- Is there a gym in the residence?
- Yes, the gym is open 24 hours a day for residents.
