Our Standard Studios, ranging from 13–15 m² and located between the first and sixth floors, are designed to give you independence, comfort and peace of mind all in one place. Each studio includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a sink and fridge with freezer compartment. They also feature individual climate control (hot/cold air conditioning), TV and Wi-Fi. These rooms are booked on a half-board basis, with the option to upgrade to full board in our DoEat restaurant A practical and comfortable space where you can study, relax and enjoy Valencia at your own pace.

- Livensa Studios Valencia Malvarrosa is very close to the Universitat Politècnica de València and the Universitat de València. It also has excellent transport connections to other campuses and areas of the city.
- How far is the beach?
- Malvarrosa Beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the building.
- Is kitchenware included in my room?
- No, rooms do not include kitchenware. However, we have partnerships in place to make it easy for you to get what you need. Ask us about it at check-in.
- How does the DO EAT! meal service work?
- Half board includes 20 breakfast vouchers and 20 lunch or dinner vouchers. Full board includes 20 breakfast vouchers and 40 lunch or dinner vouchers.
- Is cleaning included?
- Yes, fortnightly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is included.
