Our 26 m² Standard Studios are designed to offer independence, comfort and practicality in one of the best-connected student areas in Seville. Located between the ground and third floors, these private studios include a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor fan, microwave-grill, sink and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a private bathroom designed for everyday comfort. A comfortable 120 cm bed, spacious desk with ergonomic chair, wardrobe, storage space and hot and cold air conditioning create the perfect environment for studying, relaxing and feeling at home from day one. Your room and the entire building benefit from high-speed WiFi, making it easy to study, stream or stay connected whenever you want. You’ll also have full access to all communal areas and Community Life events, giving you the chance to meet people, make friends and enjoy student life in Seville while still having the privacy and independence of your own studio.

- Which universities are nearby?
- Livensa Living Sevilla El Porvenir is located close to several University of Seville campuses, especially Reina Mercedes and Ramón y Cajal. It’s right next to EUSA and also well connected to Pablo de Olavide University.
- Do the rooms include a kitchen?
- Yes. All rooms at the residence include a kitchen, whether you choose a private studio with your own kitchen or an apartment with a shared kitchen for 2, 3 or 4 residents.
- Is kitchenware included in my room?
- No, kitchenware is not included. However, we have partnerships in place to make it easy for you to get everything you need. Ask us about it at check-in.
- Is cleaning included?
- Yes, fortnightly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is included.
- Is the residence close to Seville city centre?
- Yes. You can easily walk or take the tram to areas like Plaza de España, San Bernardo, Santa Cruz and Seville’s historic centre in just a few minutes.
- What can I find near the residence?
- The El Porvenir neighbourhood has supermarkets, cafés, gyms, libraries, restaurants and green spaces like María Luisa Park. You’ll also find both El Jamón and MAS supermarkets just a 3-minute walk from the residence.
- Is there a gym in the residence?
- Yes, the gym is open 24 hours a day for residents.
