Our Apartment Superior 4 Rooms are designed for students who want a more social university experience while enjoying the comfort of having their own private space in Seville. - Livensa Living Sevilla El Porvenir is located close to several University of Seville campuses, especially Reina Mercedes and Ramón y Cajal. It’s right next to EUSA and also well connected to Pablo de Olavide University.
- Do the rooms include a kitchen?
- Yes. All rooms at the residence include a kitchen, whether you choose a private studio with your own kitchen or an apartment with a shared kitchen for 2, 3 or 4 residents.
- Is kitchenware included in my room?
- No, kitchenware is not included. However, we have partnerships in place to make it easy for you to get everything you need. Ask us about it at check-in.
- Is cleaning included?
- Yes, fortnightly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is included.
- Is the residence close to Seville city centre?
- Yes. You can easily walk or take the tram to areas like Plaza de España, San Bernardo, Santa Cruz and Seville’s historic centre in just a few minutes.
