Our Apartment Superior 3 Rooms, ranging from 9 to 12 m², are designed for students looking for comfortable and well-connected student accommodation in Seville within a shared living environment. These private bedrooms are located within 3-bedroom shared apartments across the building, offering the perfect balance between privacy and community living. Each room includes air conditioning, plenty of natural light, a study desk with ergonomic chair, a 90 or 120 cm bed depending on the room, and a private wardrobe, creating a practical and welcoming space for everyday university life. Residents share a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor fan, microwave-grill, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. High-speed WiFi is also included throughout the apartment. An ideal choice for students who want to enjoy university life in Seville while sharing experiences, communal spaces and everyday moments with other residents without giving up comfort or independence. - Livensa Living Sevilla El Porvenir is located close to several University of Seville campuses, especially Reina Mercedes and Ramón y Cajal. It’s right next to EUSA and also well connected to Pablo de Olavide University.
- Do the rooms include a kitchen?
- Yes. All rooms at the residence include a kitchen, whether you choose a private studio with your own kitchen or an apartment with a shared kitchen for 2, 3 or 4 residents.
- Is kitchenware included in my room?
- No, kitchenware is not included. However, we have partnerships in place to make it easy for you to get everything you need. Ask us about it at check-in.
- Is cleaning included?
- Yes, fortnightly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is included.
- Is the residence close to Seville city centre?
