Our Apartment Standard 2 Rooms include two private bedrooms within a shared apartment designed for students looking for affordable student accommodation in Seville with a social atmosphere. The bedrooms, ranging from 6 to 9 m² and located between the ground and third floors, include access to a shared bathroom and shared kitchen equipped with an induction hob, extractor fan, microwave-grill, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. Each room also includes air conditioning, plenty of natural light, a study desk with ergonomic chair and a 90 or 120 cm bed depending on the apartment. Residents also benefit from their own wardrobe located in the apartment’s communal area. High-speed WiFi is included throughout the apartment, making it easy to study, work or relax during your stay. These rooms are ideal if you want your own space for studying and relaxing while sharing with just one other student. You can book with a friend or meet someone new from day one. Plus, you’ll have access to all communal spaces and Community Life events, allowing you to enjoy the social side of university life in Seville while still having your own independence and privacy.    We’ll be in touch to confirm your check-in date and time, as well as share lots of handy information about moving in and living with us. Simply pack your things and move on in.

Which universities are nearby?

Livensa Living Sevilla El Porvenir is located close to several University of Seville campuses, especially Reina Mercedes and Ramón y Cajal. It’s right next to EUSA and also well connected to Pablo de Olavide University.

Do the rooms include a kitchen?

Yes. All rooms at the residence include a kitchen, whether you choose a private studio with your own kitchen or an apartment with a shared kitchen for 2, 3 or 4 residents.

Is kitchenware included in my room?

No, kitchenware is not included. However, we have partnerships in place to make it easy for you to get everything you need. Ask us about it at check-in.

Is cleaning included?

Yes, fortnightly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is included.

Is the residence close to Seville city centre?

Yes. You can easily walk or take the tram to areas like Plaza de España, San Bernardo, Santa Cruz and Seville’s historic centre in just a few minutes.

What can I find near the residence?

The El Porvenir neighbourhood has supermarkets, cafés, gyms, libraries, restaurants and green spaces like María Luisa Park. You’ll also find both El Jamón and MAS supermarkets just a 3-minute walk from the residence.

Is there a gym in the residence?

Yes, the gym is open 24 hours a day for residents.
