Our 13 m² Standard studios are designed to offer an independent, functional single-occupancy living space. Located from the first to the fourth floor, each interior room is designed to guarantee a comfortable stay in the exclusive neighbourhood of Aravaca, with excellent connections to central Madrid and its university campuses. The studio is equipped with a private bathroom and a full kitchen including a sink, oven-microwave combination, fridge-freezer, induction hobs and an extractor hood. To ensure maximum comfort and connectivity, it has individual climate control (air conditioning and heating), 30 Mb internet, a TV and WiFi. These studios are available on a half-board or full-board basis.
