These 18–26 m² studios, spread from the ground floor to the second floor, offer more space for shared living in greater comfort. Equipped with two beds, two study areas with desks and chairs, two wardrobes and a dining area, they include a kitchenette (sink, microwave-grill and fridge-freezer), private bathroom, air conditioning (heating and cooling), 100 Mb internet, TV and WiFi. Access to a fully equipped shared kitchen is also included. The extra space makes all the difference: more personal room, more freedom of movement and easier cohabitation. Ideal for those who share a flat but want to enjoy their own pace.

   Once you’ve selected your dates, click book your room to double check your room selection and complete our registration form.

3. Sign & pay your deposit

   To secure your room, simply upload your documents, sign the agreement for your room and pay any deposits or fees due.

4. Pack your things & check-in!

   We’ll be in touch to confirm your check-in date and time, as well as share lots of handy information about moving in and living with us. Simply pack your things and move on in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my room be cleaned?

Yes, biweekly cleaning services are included in your stay. Also included is the change of towels and bed linen every fortnight.

Do I need to pay anything to secure my room?

To secure your room with us, you’ll need to sign your agreement and pay a non-refundable €250 initial accommodation payment.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of €1000 is payable. This will be refunded at the end of your stay after checking for damages.

Do I need a guarantor to book?

If you are under 18 years of age, you must be represented by a legal guardian, who must also sign this Agreement.

What room types do you have?

We have two room types. Single studios, with a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a functional space for studying and relaxing. Shared studios, with private rooms within shared apartments, a shared kitchen and communal areas.

What communal spaces do you have?

You have a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool and outdoor areas, study rooms, and communal and relaxation areas. There are also events and activities, reception and maintenance, and 24/7 security.
